NDA Execution
Establish a systematic quality management framework to enhance product quality, and service. Kingco signs Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with our customers for their projects. Every employee undergoes pre-employment company training to ensure compliance with our production workflows and the safeguarding of company information security. The NDA is signed on the employee's start date. Similarly, all our suppliers are required to sign NDAs，ultimately ensuring projects meet stringent quality standards and customer satisfaction.
ISO27001 Data Security
Kingco is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and implements standardized information security management protocols throughout our entire process. All customer data is securely stored in our exclusive encrypted system, accessible only to authorized staff. The production area strictly prohibits mobile phones, photographic equipment and other electronic devices, physically preventing the leakage of core information such as product designs and CAD data.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, we drive continuous improvement in our production processes and management systems while rigorously adhering to industry standards. This ensures uncompromising quality and strict specification compliance for your prototypes and on-demand production parts at every stage of manufacturing.
Incoming Material Assurance
Material Certificates from the raw material manufacturers are available upon request for the materials used in your parts. For special industries such as medical and food contact, corresponding compliance certificates such as RoHS can also be provided.
Furthermore, we utilize an X-ray material tester capable of identifying various types of metals and plastics within 30 seconds, guaranteeing the use of correct materials.
Multi-Stage Inspection Process
Regular inspections and stringent quality control are implemented at every stages of the production process, reducing the rework rate in the later stage and avoid adverse effects on lead time.
Before packing, our QC team performs comprehensive inspections of key dimensions and their tolerances, visual checks (e.g., color, surface finishes), and assembly precision to ensure full alignment with order requirements. Full dimensional inspection reports, generated using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), are available upon request.
Secure Packaging & Logistics
We customize exclusive packaging solutions based on each product’s features, size, and material properties, fully protecting goods during transit. All parts are labeled with unique tags that include product numbers and order numbers, enabling customers to quickly identify and organize them.
We select optimal international express/logistics solutions based on customer needs and national logistics policies, ensuring timely and safe delivery of all shipments.
