2026 Kingco Empowers Team Spirit with Full-Scale Expansion Training

To enhance team cohesion, strengthen discipline awareness, and build a high-performance combat team, all members of Kingco participated in a team expansion training activity last Saturday at Zhongshan Xiaoyao Valley Expansion Training Base. The training was carefully designed to temper willpower, standardize individual behaviors through self-restraint such as perseverance and obedience, and lay a solid foundation for the team’s future development.

The training kicked off with Military Discipline Drill, a rigorous session designed to sharpen willpower, reinforce discipline, and standardize personal behavior through obedience and self-restraint. Participants quickly shed lax habits and personalistic tendencies. “Only wrong moves exist, never wrong commands,” became the mantra of the morning. The drill established a strong atmosphere of standardized execution, enabling everyone to enter a focused, disciplined state, it is essential for a high-performing team.

Immediately after, the Ice-breaking Camp began. Through a series of warm-up games, employees broke down interpersonal barriers and moved away from initial unfamiliarity. Teams were formed, each selecting a team leader, team name, and slogan. This activity successfully ignited enthusiasm, raised participation levels, and laid the foundation for the cooperative spirit that would carry through the rest of the day. It also firmly established a sense of discipline and accountability from the very start.

One of the most anticipated challenges was the Trust Fall. One by one, each employee climbed onto a 1.5-meter-high platform, turned their back to the team, and fell backward, trusting that their colleagues would form a secure human catch. While nerve-wracking for some, the exercise broke self-limiting beliefs and helped overcome fear. The resounding success of every fall strengthened mutual trust and proved that psychological courage can be built when a team stands together.

In the afternoon, the pace quickened with Extreme Time Challenge. Teams had to find and slap numbers 1 through 30 in correct sequence from a scattered circle, all within a tight time limit and under strict rules. This demanded not only speed but meticulous standardization of every small action. ‘Success often comes right after you decide to persist’ summed up the session’s takeaway. The exercise cultivated stress tolerance, a positive mindset toward failure, and a deep sense of responsibility and commitment. At its closing, a moment of gratitude reminded everyone that teamwork is also about appreciating each other’s efforts.

The final and most demanding event was Crossing the Blockade. A rope was suspended horizontally at 1.0 meter high. Without any tools and without any part of the body touching the rope, every team member had to cross to the other side. This required precise leadership, effective communication, careful listening, and rational resource allocation. The team had to design a feasible solution, coordinate body movements, and manage collective discipline. After several attempts and with strong central leadership, all members successfully crossed. The exercise proved how core leadership, decision-making, and scientific problem-solving can lead a team through seemingly impossible obstacles.

After a full day of intense and fulfilling training, all team members gained a lot. They not only tempered their will, enhanced their sense of discipline and teamwork, but also established a deeper trust and understanding with their teammates. This training has effectively promoted the construction of Kingco team, injected new vitality into the team, and laid a solid foundation for the team to face future challenges with a more united, rigorous and high-spirited attitude. All members said that they will apply the experience and gains from the training to their daily work, work together to create better results for the team and the company.
