Once all requirements are confirmed with the client, our team initiates comprehensive project evaluation, process planning, and drawing splitting/programming. Before beginning the drawing splitting, they thoroughly study the client's CMF design intent while balancing feasibility and manufacturability.

To preserve the product's aesthetic integrity, we strictly control assembly gaps within ±0.05mm according to our company tolerance standards (adjustable based on client specifications). Our draftsmen carefully account for subsequent surface treatment coating thicknesses - such as anodizing, painting, or polishing, during the drawing splitting phase, ensuring final product dimensions are precise and colors are vibrant.

For achieving high-precision hinge mechanisms and multi-angle stable folding structures, our draftsmen distribute overall tolerance requirements across each individual component. This approach ensures both the mechanical performance of the hinge (smooth operation with proper tightness) and long-term folding reliability.

Furthermore, this foldable computer prototype incorporates multiple materials, with components like the main body and middle frame machined from aluminum alloy. We carefully consider potential internal stresses that may arise from large-area aluminum alloy CNC machining, incorporating reinforcing ribs or adjusting structures during drawing splitting to prevent deformation after leather wrapping or extended storage periods.

Following CNC machining of all components, our handcraft finishing department performs grinding, polishing, printing, assembly, and finally quality inspection before packaging and shipment. After anodizing, we spray color semi-transparent paint on the frame to increase the gloss. Color constitutes a vital component of product design CMF, and our professional painting specialists rapidly match colors based on client-provided color numbers or color samples, consistently earning client satisfaction and high praise.
