How do I get a quote?

You can upload your design files and details on our Get A Quote page or sent a request directly to sales@kingcogd.com.

Kingco’s sales team will respond quotation within 12 hours after receiving RFQ, and will notify you if there are any delay.

What types of design file does Kingco accept for quoting and production?

For optimal processing, we prefer 3D drawings in STEP, IGES, or X_T format, and 2D drawings in PDF, or DWG format with dimensional tolerances where applicable.

How do you keep confidential and proprietary information of my design?

KINGCO is certified under ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and maintains a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS). All data is stored securely within our controlled internal systems and is accessible only to authorized personnel. Furthermore, mobile phones and photographic devices are strictly prohibited in production areas to prevent any potential leakage of product designs and CAD data. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be arranged with our customers upon request.

Do you have a MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

No, we can handle your orders in on-demand quantity. Kingco provides manufacturing solutions from rapid prototyping to production run.

How quickly can I get parts?

Most prototyping orders are completed and shipped within one week. For complex parts or higher-volume projects, the lead time may be extended. We can arrange batch shipments flexibly to meet your deadlines. Please contact your dedicated sales representative to confirm the specific lead time for your order.

What tolerances can Kingco’s CNC machining achieve?

We typically adhere to ISO 2768 (medium) for plastics machined parts and ISO 2768 (fine) for metals machined parts. If your design has critical dimensions or requires higher precision than these standards, please clearly indicate them on your drawings or reach out to our sales.

Our CNC machining can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.003mm, and we are equipped to both manufacture and inspect parts according to your precise drawing specifications.

Do you provide custom finishes and coatings?

Yes, in addition to mechanical finishing processes such as grinding, polishing, brushing, and sandblasting, Kingco offers a comprehensive range of surface treatments to enhance both aesthetics and performance, including color-matched painting, anodizing, plating, PVD coating, powder coating, silk-screen printing, and laser etching, etc.

How do you ensure the quality of my parts?

Kingco ensures the quality of every workpiece through a stringent multi-stage quality control process. This includes first-article inspection, in-process checks, and final inspection, carried out with advanced measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical comparators, calipers, and height gauges. Prior to packing, our quality control team verifies critical details including dimensions, tolerances, surface appearance, and assembly fit to ensure full compliance with order requirements. A final inspection report is then provided to the customer.
